My stay at the Riu Palace Kukulkan had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the hotel maintained a spotless environment. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing, with many food items lacking quality. Additionally, I encountered issues with my room upon arrival, which affected my first day.
